Rebecca Graham
BACKGROUND
Rebecca focuses her practice on commercial litigation, administrative law, energy law, and business transactions.
Before going solo, Rebecca was a partner at a firm focusing on business law. Rebecca has experience forming business entities, drafting partnership and operating agreements, and resolving disputes between former business partners. She also has litigation experience that includes extensive motion practice and co-chairing a jury trial in civil court. In addition, Rebecca has compiled research regarding various state and federal energy regulations and has handled utility disputes before the Illinois Commerce Commission.
EDUCATION
Rebecca graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and where she earned CALI awards for the highest grade in Mediation, Immigration Law, Legal Writing I and II, and Professional Responsibility.
In addition to her law degree, Rebecca also has an M.B.A. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Stuart School of Business and an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
